I'm Astuti, a product designer currently based in Mumbai.
Over the last few years, I've worked across fintech, consumer products, design systems and engagement; from credit cards and risk tools to CMS and large-scale entertainment platforms.
I'm drawn to products that feel intuitive, trustworthy and purposeful; the kind that don't need gimmicks or clever marketing to prove their value. Good design should feel obvious in hindsight.
What keeps me interested in design isn't novelty. It's clarity.
I enjoy understanding how things work, finding where they break, and simplifying them without losing what makes them useful. Most problems get easier once you understand the system behind them.
In teams, I'm usually the quiet observer. The one noticing inconsistencies, questioning assumptions, obsessing over the details that shape how something feels to use.
The work I'm most proud of is rarely the loudest thing on the screen.
It's the moment a complex problem becomes simple; when small details come together and a product feels so natural that people stop noticing the design altogether.
